Il caso è stato gestito eseguendo l'estrazione, l'innesto osseo immediato e il posizionamento dell'impianto. L'RBH era di 3 mm; il rialzo del seno è stato eseguito con OSSEOTOUCH Magnetic Mallet, raggiungendo la lunghezza necessaria e poco oltre, così da inserire con successo questo impianto Dentium SW 4507 senza danneggiare la membrana di Schneider. Alla fine è stato utilizzato anche un pin di fissaggio per la membrana in collagene.
