Good morning. I would like to share the six-month healing of a case treated using LMSF; I believe I previously shared the case at baseline.
When indicated, this approach can substantially improve the prosthetic emergence profile and therefore the final restoration.
In this case, rather than using a 30-degree MUA, I will complete the restoration with a straight Octa abutment and a 2 mm screw. It is a completely different outcome.
(PS: the technician used the wrong T-base for the provisional restoration; it was subsequently replaced.)

Volevo condivere una guarigione a 6 mesi di un caso approcciato con LMSF (credo di aver già condiviso a tempo zero il caso).
Questo approccio , quando indicato, permette di migliorare notevolmente l’emergenza protesica e quindi la finalizzazione.
Nello specifico invece di usare un Mua a 30 gradi , finalizzerò con moncone dritto octa con vite da 2! Tutta un’altra storia

The course will cover the various applications of the Mallet.
The programme includes:
- an introduction to magnetodynamic surgery;
- a description of the tips;
- extractions;
- osteotomy preparation of the implant site;
- crestal sinus lifts and the rationale for selecting this approach;
- split-crest procedures;
- LMSF (osteodistraction of the bony walls adjacent to the sinus);
- Toronto bridges;
- special applications, including autotransplantation.
The course will take place at the Hotel de Londres in Rimini on 8 November.
