The programme includes: - an introduction to magnetodynamic surgery; - a description of the tips; - extractions; - osteotomy preparation of the implant site; - crestal sinus lifts and the rationale for selecting this approach; - split-crest procedures; - LMSF (osteodistraction of the bony walls adjacent to the sinus); - Toronto bridges; - special applications, including autotransplantation. The course will take place at the Hotel de Londres in Rimini on 8 November.
