Good evening, and have a good week. This implant lost osseointegration a few weeks after placement. Today, at three months, I repeated the CT scan shown after this message. I wonder whether the collagen, particulate bone graft and hyaluronic acid that I placed together with the autogenous bone displaced into the sinus using Elevate have nevertheless regenerated some bone, or whether this is only fibrous tissue/thickened mucosa with a few residual granules. I imagine that the definitive assessment will be at RE-ENTRY.

Buonasera e buona settimana questo impianto ha perso l'osteo integrazione poche settimane dopo l'inserimento. Oggi a 3 mesi ho rifatto la TAC che segue questo messaggio: mi chiedo se Il collagene con l'osso in granuli e l'acido ialuronico che avevo messo insieme all'osso autologo sospinto nel seno coll'elevate secondo voi ha comunque rigenerato un po' di osso o è solo tessuto fibroso/ mucosa ispessita con qualche granulo residuo? Chiaramente Immagino che la prova del nove sia alla.. RIAPERTURA
