I assume you chose this approach because it was a bounded edentulous space and the sinus was no more than 12 mm wide…
Ti sei spinto perché era un intercalata e seno non superiore ai 12 mm di larghezza immagino…

It was actually a wide sinus, although the site was bounded. It was borderline, but the tissues responded well, so I completed the procedure in this way.
In realtà era un seno largo anche se intercalato….al limite….ma rispondeva bene e l’ho terminato in questo modo
