Unfortunately, I experienced implant migration in a sinus-lift case with limited initial stability.
The implant subsequently integrated, but prosthetic rehabilitation is now extremely difficult. 😥
I believe I will have to remove it, even though the sinus lift itself was successful. 😅

In my opinion, it is only a projection artefact, as the distance between the two implants appears unchanged. In any event, the challenge would be to re-establish an appropriate contact point and eliminate the subequatorial undercut triangle; this could be achieved with a molar overlay.
