Case of the day. Tooth 1.5 was lost And in the zone 1.6 we had a huge defect affecting also the tooth 1.7 So I did 2 imediate implants to reduduce the invasivity of the global therapeutic plan Imediate imlant on 1.5 and site preparation with BR On the site 1.7 I made only the sinus floor fracture with the ostotome 330 and directly made the sinus elevation with the implant (crick technique). The stability was good enough for Imediate loading 💪🏻 With the provitional bridge at time 0 At only 3 months the final impression 😍 The base line. You can see the defect on the Pontic that caused a lot of food impact At 3 month after the healing with the use of a matrix
