Sharing the recent case of my mother. Chronic Peri Apical infection with tooth 16- Right upper first molar tooth. CBCT scan revealed good volume of inter radicular bone. Extracted the tooth, curetted the sockets, used magnetic mallet to prepare osteotomy, and placed implant with healing cap.
