Sorry for the late hour, but I send photos when I have time! Two implants were placed with guided surgery where I found bone—the patient’s goal was to have fixed teeth somehow—but there was a void at 23. The planned implant was 3.5 × 15 mm. I abandoned the guided approach and used the Mallet, first the Elevate instruments and then Black Ruby, to obtain substantial implant stability. I then used bone recovered from the drills, mixed with Gen-Oss and hyaluronic acid, followed by fibrin glue to attach the lamina. Healing at 14 days: the patient is wearing the old removable partial denture, relieved and reduced. The patient did not want further extractions or implants. Scusate per l’ora ma mando foto quando ho tempo! 2 impianti in guidata dove ho trovato osso( obiettivo del paziente avere denti fissi in qualche modo ) mentre sul 23 un vuoto ! Impianto programmato 3,5 x 15 mm ,ho abbandonato la guidata ma ho usato il Mallet, prima le elevate poi BR per dare tanta stabilità all’impianto! Poi osso recuperato dalle frese e mischiato con gen oss e acido ialuronico! Poi colla dí fibrina che è servita per incollare la lamina ! Guarigione a 14 gg - il paziente porta la sua vecchia parziale scaricata e ridotta - non ha voluto altre estrazioni ed impianti! Buona notte e buona Pasqua 🐣 a tutti!
