It seems that with the right protocol, this type of system can eliminate lateral sinus lifts. Is there any indication for doing these procedures anymore?
The lateral lift I mean. These crestal approaches with the MM seem so predictable!

The bone at the site. “Scraped” and then pushed upwards. Radiopaque for 2 reasons: - 1: compaction; - 2: we are comparing a 2D radiograph (which superimposes all the bone density) with CBCT sections that show the individual layers of bone in the video and therefore appear more radiolucent.
