An interesting case treated using only the Mallet eight years ago.

Controllo occasionale durante la gestione del 23… graftles!

Congratulations; this is a very nice case. What are the dimensions of the MegaGen implants?

Complimenti Bel. Caso che misure hanno i Megagen ?

One is 8.5 mm long and two are 7 mm long.

Hello Michele. Do you use Black Ruby tips in All-on-4 cases? How do you manage the tilted implants? Thank you.

Ciao Michele volevo sapere negli all in four usi i black ruby? Come ti regoli per gli inclinati? Grazie

A nice case of crestal lift Grafless, approached only using the MM… This was the base line

8 years later (we are treating the tooth 2.3). The bone is super stable!

Freehand or guided?

Excellent case. Just did a graftless sinus lift. Just elevation with MM. Feeling more confident after seeing this followup

Little close to the 23? Or does it just looks like that on the PA?

Graftless, meaning no bone substitutes?

@⁨Michele Milillo⁩ can you share your protocol and the kit sequencing you use ?

Nice results

Yess

Only the implant acting like a tent pole and elevating the sinus. Blood fills in and converts into bone

Done numerous such cases. With very very high success rates. And followups of more than 5 years using densah burs. Shifted to MM a couple of years back. Even better control

Nice protocol please?

Freehand

No it’s only the prospective

Exactly

It’s an old case and so old protocol, it was before the Black Ruby… But this means that every protocol can produce great results

No here I broke the bone, lifting the floor (bone and membrane) with the implant

yes thats what i meant

Which short implants are these ..?

Fully agree, please don’t use substitute with a Summers lift :)

Interested: what is the smallest Elevate size you dare to use?

SONDAGGIO: Smallest size Elevate for Summers? OPZIONE: Elevate 1 (0 voti) OPZIONE: Elevate 2 (0 voti) OPZIONE: Elevate 3 (5 voti) OPZIONE: Elevate 4 (1 voto) OPZIONE: Elevate 5 (0 voti)

Summers lift? Kindly elaborate. Have no clue

So basically what the elevate does: moving the cortical plate of the sinus floor bij an osteotome.

Then the implant holds this plate up and the area fills with a blothcloth which then is the scaffold for regeneration, hence that there is no need for bone substitute!

Autogenous is always the best way IMHO
