Which bioceramic cement for apicectomies?

Other clinical topicsDiscuss the technique

Hello everyone, sorry to bother you. Could anyone recommend a good bioceramic cement for apicectomies? I am using neosealer putty, but honestly I am not very satisfied because it is slow to set. Recently I have tried to “dry it” with the laser. So far, there has been nothing abnormal in the patients in whom I have done this treatment, but I would prefer to avoid it. In any case, if anyone can recommend a good bioceramic or suggest going back to the old MTA, I would be happy to listen. Thank you all for your attention. Giacomo

Well Root from dental world (from Puglia 😍). A putty in individual doses: convenient, fast-setting (we also use it in autotransplantations).
