Full-arch rehabilitation: displacing the sinus walls to obtain the most distal implant emergence

Good morning, everyone. I am sharing another example of using the Magnetic Mallet to obtain remote anchorage in full-arch cases. The ability to “advance” by displacing bone, like the bow of an icebreaker, allows us to gently follow and distract the sinus walls, thereby achieving a more distal implant emergence. No bone is removed and the sinus is not opened for a more invasive trans-sinus approach. The procedure can often be performed through very small flaps, guided solely by the tactile feedback from the handpiece. The ability to incline the implant axes by reshaping the alveolus also makes it possible to correct angulation and optimise MUA selection. <This message was edited>

Buongiorno a tutti.

I remember—this was at 26, when the patient closed their mouth while you were using the Mallet! 😂😂😂
