This is one of the situations in which the Magnetic Mallet is a game changer for me.
This case could have been managed using several delayed approaches, but immediate post-extraction implant placement is extremely difficult because of the lack of apical bone. Only a very small 7 mm septum is present, and conventional drills would remove it completely.
